salt production out of thermal brine
From a Thermalsole, which is won from a depth drilling over 1000 m depth, a salt - granulates are to be won. This salt should be used e.g. as bath salt for medical purposes.
As simple and inexpensive solution an infrared film evaporator of the company Leiblein was selected. With this plant the strewable salt granulates can be produced in one process step of the brine.
From a collecting main container the brine is supplied to the infrared film evaporator. The brine sticks to a turning drum and is led into the radiation range of the infrared film evaporator. The water evaporates. The dried crystals are delivered with a stripper.
