production of purest urea for the pharma industry

practical conditions:

A chemical plant, which is specialized in the production of purest urea, needs a new production line. With its help, purest urea in crystalline form is to be manufactured. In close co-operation with engineers of the company Leiblein a concept was developed, which fulfilled all requirements.

the main components are:

• mechanism for the withdrawal of the pre-product from current production
• conveying equipment
• fluidbed drier
• conveyor plant
• Big Bag packing plant

The difficulty of this task was, that a dryer had to be used, which is able to manufacture a dry powder that does not clump. By the usage of a fluidbed drier it is not ensured only that a powder is created, which does not clump but also that the grains are not destroyed, since no mechanical dispersal systems are needed.
