precleaning of drains containing oil

practical conditions

In order to reach longer operating lifes for diaphragm modules, a precleaning unit should be installed.

function specifications:

The drain water is pumped into a lamella separator. The nonattached oils float upwards, the solids become sedimented and are collected in the deposit funnel.

The cleaned water flows further into the pump receiver / filtrate tank and finally is pumped back to the collection container of the ultrafiltration unit.

From time to time the deposit is extracted through an inclined filter.

The floating substances, e.g. unattached oils, are purified in coalescence separator, the oil separated and the cleaned emulsion conducted into the pump receiver / filtrate tank.
