effluent precleaning from a train washing plant

practical conditions

The drain water from a train washing plant should be treated before the discharge into the channel. Therefor a diaphragm unit should be used. To reach better operating lifes of the diaphragms a precleaning plant for the drain water should be installed.

function specifications:

At first the drain water is filtrated thriugh an inclinded filter, the filtrate is collected in a filtate tank and the sludge is discharged.

A coalescence separator removes the unattached oils.

Finally the water flows into a reaction vessel to sediment the dissolved materials.

The final treatment happens through ultrafiltration.
