In a plastic recycling plant the plastics are cut to small particles like granulate. After cutting it are washed.

The washing water it purified by a Leiblein plant.

Function specification:

A by-pass flow rate is continuously purified.

In a reaction chamber flocculation agent is dosed to the water.

The flocked water flows into a Leiblein lamella separator. In the separator all settleable particles becomes sedimented and are collected in the sludge funnel.

The purified water flows through a sand filter back to the washing water circuit.

If necessary a biological purification can be added (optional). With this treatment also dissolved organic ingredients can be reduced and sewage odour can be eliminated.

The sludge from the lamella separator is drained / thickened by a decanter to prepare it for transport.
