The endless filter separates filterable materials of e.g. coolants, process water, effluents and several other media.
The filtration happens comlete mechanical which means that no chemical treatment of the media is necessary. Therefore the endless filter is well suited for circulating media.
The appliance is a belt filter that uses gravity for filtration. All parts that come in contact with the media are made of stainless steel or of plastics. The filtration happens through a filter fleece. A geared electric motor moves the filter belt. The belt transport is controlled by a float switch, the filter cake is forced to be stripped off into a sludge container. A flushing device cleans the filter belt.
