central plants for cooling lubricants

Combined central plants for the separation of solid substances (rub off) and free oils from cooling lubricants cycles. This means:

• separation of solid particles by sedimentation
• separation of free oils from the emulsion by our coalescence separator
• automatic refilling in case of lack of cooling lubricant

These plants can be inspanidually adjusted to the customer's wishes, for example concerning

• flow (rate)
• physical conditions
• degree of pollution etc.

As there are no movable parts except for the pump, the plants are especially uncomplicated and low in maintenance.

If neccessary, we integrate additive components in the central plants:
